Background

My vision is to create excellence in the workplace through coaching where people reach their full potential. As a Business Coach I provide executive and team coaching in organizations and I coach professionals who want to move to the next level in their personal or work life. With over 18 years in the IT sector, I combine my leadership and management experience with my coaching expertise to deliver successful business solutions.

My IT background is in developing and supporting software in the financial services sector. I was employed with Kindle Banking Systems (now Misys Financial Systems Ltd) for over 13 years in many challenging roles. I also worked internationally as part of a Senior Management team that established the Development and Support Centre in Bangalore, India, managing a team of 92 people.

I am a graduate of Corporate Coach U, one of the leading international universities for coaching and a member of the Irish Chapter of the ICF, an international accreditation body for coaches in Ireland.

I see myself as a highly adaptable, practical, results orientated person who has a passion for leading and influencing people to change.
